It states those drivers that were within the red circle threshold by December 2015.Why did it take them so long to come up with this?After all didn't the union state they would monitor PTS and rail mileage percentages monthly?Sounds like an election year tactic

Over 26%, is OVER 26% no matter how you add it up, it is a violation of the MOU....I am more concerned as to how much freight has been diverted to YRC Logistics, in which we have NO protection under the MOU.....KK

According to a driver that had quit yrc and went to Landstar.There are alot of loads placed on the landstar load board from yrc logistics
