.....YRC CEO Bill Zollars has promised to get the struggling freight hauler back to pre-tax profitability this quarter, and Q1 showed some signs of improvement in that direction. Adjusted Ebitda loss narrowed each month, from $27 million in January to $21 million in February to $5 million in March......
....YRC had $18 million in cash from operations during the quarter, leaving it with $130 million in cash and equivalents at the end of the quarter.......

Shares outstanding as of Q3 2008: 59.3 million/ shares outstanding today are over 1 billion. Hence the lower cost per share loss. 49 million operation loss in january, 42 million dollar operating loss in February and a 146 million dollar operating loss in March. Total loss was 237 million dollars. The lipstick on a pig cliche comes to mind. How do you continue to lose money at this clip and stay in business? What am I missing here.

The company lost $274.1 million, or 53 cents a share, compared with a year- earlier loss of $273.8 million, or $4.61 a share. The per-share figures were impacted by a surging number of shares outstanding for the latest quarter, rising to 521.2 million from 59.4 million.

Revenue declined 29% to $1.06 billion with declines at three of the company's businesses, the steepest being a 35% drop for national transportation.

Did the last C O Op's cost around 130 million?Might save some money if they wouldn't have a change every 3 months.
