$17 an hour is not a living in this county that is home to YRC, Fedex Freight, XPO, UPS Freight and Estes terminals.

How did they get 4000 new drivers? Most are gone in a few months recruiters lie to them at 309 most say I didn't sign up for being on call 24/7 and forced on teams blind leading the blind in the winter mountains.

In the real world yes. In our world jimmy will decide. 49-51 in favor sounds about right. They can write off the vig for jimmy. it used to be a bagful of money. now it's direct deposit. And don't forget the local's role. Keeping the local open. And I'm a voter too.

That’s a big difference in wages between the cartage guy, and the YRC employee he is replacing. Any sign of criminals or management looking to get a piece of that?

A lot of the senior guys are bailing. We have to educate everyone. Because the union does not explain the complex of. Slave working. The driver. Pays for his wages the first week of any year.... The dock through work is worth $177,ooo atleast per year, if not more.
