On June 3, 2019, Mr. Hall automatically surrendered 4,045 of the 7,993 newly-vested shares to theCompany to satisfy the tax withholding obligation triggered upon the June 1st vesting. Closing price $4.10 X (7993-4045=3948) = $16,186.

It’s not a ‘lot’ as far as stock options go.

I only turn down free money if it’s somehow tainted.

I’m not an executive, so it’s not an offer nor idea I might contemplate.

If I were a board member, I could easily blow it on a high end meal with a very nice bottle of wine.

If I remember correctly..... the company is hurting. This is all that they can afford for a bonus for them. I don't feel bad for them. Take it or leave it.

It’s a stock option sale. It has no effect on company bottom line.

When the $16,186 is spread out over the roughly 20,000 Teamster employees that is $0.8093 each! I want my $0.81! :17:

It’ll put you in a higher tax bracket. Please make out your check to the IRS for $5200.
