I'll get a bid in two more years, if nothing changes. But some of the guys above me in seniority will likely be going on teams, so it may be sooner than that.

It's not bad at all I like the job and the people I work with but disgusted that there is no full pension or 401k/IRA match contribution. I would of rather had pension restored than wage increases personally.

I'm staying for now UPS recruiters lied you can't be hired to run team it's bottom of extra board plus they gave away your health and welfare being paid if you're on call don't work.

Wouldn’t you be hired in at the bottom of the extra board?

They told me I would be hired for teams but you are on the extra board until next bid supposed to hire 200 teams.
