Recent SEC Filings by YRCW show that Mitch Lilly (Senior VP Labor & Emp. Relations), Robert Stone (VP Enterprise Operations), and Brianne Simoneau (VP & Controller) are no longer considered "officers"...

Explanation of Responses:
1. Mr. Lilly still continues to serve in an important role at the Company, but after assessment of his duties under a new title, it was determined that Mr. Lilly is not an "officer" as defined in Rule 16a-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Explanation of Responses: 1. Ms. Simoneau still continues to serve in an important role at the Company, but because the current Chief Financial Officer is now acting as the principal accounting officer, it was determined that Ms. Simoneau is not an "officer" as defined in Rule 16a-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Jamie good job , don't need overpaid officers !!!

I believe they will still be there and be paid the same. This change I believe just relieves them and the company of some reporting requirements required by the SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley by no longer designating them as "officers" of the company. Just some legalese.

(Sorry Wong, hope you still have some Snickers available)

Should they now be addressed as non-coms?

Stop wetting your pants with excitement. They're not going anywhere and not taking a pay reduction. Order a case of Snickers and chill!
1st off neither one of us know IF they took a pay cut or stayed the same or IF they will stay , so no use arguing about it and so we will wait and see who's right or Wong ?? So it's kinda like arguing about IF the glass half full or half empty !:guiness:
