Well, if he'd succeeded with the name change, that alone would be worth the $400,000. The YRC name thing was just one of the many blunders made. Should have chosen to stay with either the Yellow or Roadway brand. Preferably Roadway, considering the stigma attached to the Yellow name. Gag on that garlic breath.

[/quote]Its not the name change thats so bad .Its the fact that we needed to to advertise a little like uniforms pass out pens and calendars .Change a few stickers on the side of a truck or trailer .If your going to lose hundreds of millions of dollars whats a few million to get the YRC name out there.Bean counters !!!
 
The real successful advertising comes from a little logo on a golfers shirt sleeve. Millions of dollars per year for a guy that can't even make the cut at the Masters. More money well spent. :chairshot:
