Yellow | 54& - TM Caught Sabotaging His Own Terminal

I wish they would and you could talk to them in an honest, rational way. They always want to believe that their supervisors are perfect and were just a bunch of disgruntle employees making this stuff up.
 
Most TM's at this company are bad, that's nothing new. Your's sent a couple loads up the road, ours has trimmed our bill count by a third over the last year. Try some of that on for size, intentionally missing pickups, calling customers and harassing them till they quit using us, telling customers we will only pick up one trailer per week.
What terminal is that?....KK
 
We have a new president taking over at our local Monday. I've already informed him what TM did,we will find out real soon how he's going to handle these situations.
 
Found out one of the trailers TM sent out was one of our own city trailers that is not suppose to go out for any reason, he was to lazy to even check that or just didn't care.
 
I hear you falcon....We all know that we are -15% why dwell on it that's not going to bring it back, I try to change the things I can and try to encourage others to do the same, sometimes if you talk to some of the older people who really struggled and feed their families with almost nothing and made it through, we have nothing to complain about,compared to what some people endured. If we keep reading the same chapter we can never move on.......... I always remember something I was told as a child Don't worry about the Mule Being Blind Just Load the Wagon and tow the Line...........It makes sense to me, Let's look for a better 2016 working together makes for a better Team. Sometimes ya have to work together to save your jobs and that would include getting rid of a pos T/M that's driving the terminal down .
Think that those that say you should quit should realize quitting doesn't help matters . Some times ya gotta fight if only for principle . Why let this pos looser get the best of you guys when he is wrong . I spent almost all my career at Yellow Freight and I seen boss's there walked off the propriety many a time over the years . Believe me his day for looking for a new job is soon coming. Don't give up Let him quit if he don't like it there . From a Retiree 300 Chicago aka CGB .
 
I agree, most the TM's in the YRC system don't give a ---- .For example at 322/EVL the TM job is a proving ground to be promoted
year 1/2 they move on but not before they screw up stuff.

3 years ago we had a Operations supervisor aka 'Mr. Muscle' **** off the rank & file & the President of Local 135 so much, everyone form the terminal to the hall called or wrote the labor, regional VP in Chicago, The Presitend & CEO of ABF Frieght letting them know not only how low the morale was but a lot of us told corporate we would work strictly to the contract. Some stopped using their phone to call the customer etc etc. 4 month later he was fired for applying for a job while on ABF's Computer system. It took some time but it did work.
