I haven't rented a Box Truck in many years,so I can't remembered if the rental company warned about low overpasses?
If they do this youngster must not have been paying attention.

There are usually warnings posted at the rental counter with pictures. Not only is the renter responsible for the damages but also they have to pay rental for each day the truck is out of service.
