Hpw many of you still dont have your new uniforms? I havent received anything not even my jacket, while about 95% of the other employees her have their uniforms.
 
I'm in canuckistan, we will look like contenders for the next next episode of bumfights before we see our uniforms.
 
Ohio don't have theirs yet. Just got our jackets. From the looks of them they are going to be hot in the summer.

Supposedly, these new uniforms wee tested in several places, including Houston. If they weren't hot there, they should be good to go anywhere. However, I have mine, and the pants sure seem heavy. Don't suggest I get shorts...I don't want those knickers.

Hey snaildriver... We just put our sizes in this week, and they told us to order waist size only, we have to pay for hemming ourselves. Did you guys receive them hemmed? Did they give you any input on repairs, size changes? Do the pants fit true to size, or do they run small? We have no info at all.
 
I can see a lot of slob looking conway drivers out there. INCLUDING myself. First they tell me I have to wash the new uniform. Tehy want ME to put THIER uniforms that I get grease on. dirt and who knows what other toxic dust on im MY expencive washer and dryer? and they think Im going to press fold and hang them too? Not gunna happen. And now your saying they want US to pay to have THIER uniforms hemmed to length? Theats not gunna happen either. I will just roll them up like high water pants or just leave them hanging down so I can walk on the bottoms all day. Oh and here it one for the log book pro's. If I do all this. even though im not on the conway clock im still performing a work duty. Does this mean when I wash con ways clothes I have to LOG it On duty not driving? Just saying

Lmfao Ain't this Some Bull**** !!!!!!!!!!! I have the uniforms they are Hemmed already don't know whom told you to hem them no need to And if you want to log on duty not Driving thats your choice your still not going to get paid for it they do run Small in size suggest you order larger but other than this they are not real bad at all !!
 
LMAO. I knew that post would get a quick responce. I dont have the uniforms yet but got my Jacket this week and it was about 2 sizes too small. Had to send it back and re order. So from what you posted Con-F-Trucker. Imma gunna hafta send my uniforms back when I get them too. But on the good side. I have about 5 monthes to get the jacket right befor it gets cold out again. :)

We've always washed our uniforms. I never get grease of any of that other stuff your talking about. The waistband also has some elastic in it. Flexibility.

This is the first time washing the companies uniforms in over 12 years. New territory for alot of us.

Just another of those 'shove it down the throat of the employees' decisions that makes this company so desirable to work for!

that's where you're wrong Rat. They did a survey and an overwhelming majority opted for doing it themselves. So you guys must be in the minority.lol
 
When it comes to clothing sizes, I'm Mr Average. My uniforms fit perfectly, and they came hemmed. I wash them seperately from other clothes (down south we've always had to launder our own, eh), and don't even need to touch them up with an iron (pull them out of the dryer as soon as it stops, and hang them up).

I have always washed my own. Even though I have the option to bring them in. I don't want to share an industrial wash machine with you guys. The thought of your crotch funk on my stuff is sickening.

LOL!!! Those machines are 1000 lb capacity, so it's more like several hundred peoples crotch funk!!!
