That's good. My point was more aimed at the union mentality (you can work me long but you can't work me hard) Nothing wrong with taking pride in what you do but overpaying some do hickey to polish and wax each skid ain't going to work in todays world.
 
Well I went and picked up my shipment today. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no damage to the cartons or appliances! Well done Estes! I do have to say their hours suck though. Delivery hours are 9-4 and their pickup hours are 7-6. Makes it tough for a city driver to make it during those hours! Lucky for me my daughter was sick so I had to miss work to watch her.

Claims are expensive and them do hickey's seem to be doing something right, union or non, if we order something we don't want to receive it tore to hell because some dock worker is under pressure, because the supervisor is under pressure, so on and so forth. Do that to me once and you lost a customer for life.

As for the mentality, that is something made up Mildew, I just don't see it.

level 2 is estes wanna be ups delivery service. its an absaloute joke! they have people out west makin del appts to people in the east and dont bother tellin the terminal where its bein delivered what day del. is for. the bigger estes gets, the more they make them selves look bad!

Ok nightlinedr55, listen very close, ok? Ok, the union can only do so much at the table, there has to be give and take, this helped ABF and the membership, are they pissed, YES, will they get over it and work like they always have to make ABF the best? YES!

Now, do you understand buddy? If not I can go into much further detail but your blood pressure and mine will just go up and who the hell wants that? Right buddy?

Out of respect for Mildew, if you wish we can start this in the ABF forum or the union non debate, I highly doubt Mildew wants this on his forum.

It will just get sent over to the debate forum or it will receive a padlock if it gets to be too much for my 59 bpm pulse and/or 110/60 blood pressure. Y'all tear it up. Make me work for my money. It makes me feel important.

Must be nice, I'm 90 something bpm and I got a 3 month ride on my bp, but I had been working all nights and the jackasses let me sit there for 2 hours, I was already pissed, it was 170/112 the first read and I was happy to finally be back, after laying down it was 148/98, that pissed me off even more, so I had to get my meds increased, I'm pretty calm these days, IDK why I'm having such a fuss with it, makes me wonder if the mailman had hbp, thats what dad says.

Its said thae excessive drinking can fuel HBP, one reason I quit, when I drink I do it up right, I don't hold back, I have an addictive personality like that, thank God I don't have access to Heroin.

I used to be like that. I think I started out running in the green then yellow and had a reckless time where I never got out of the red with high octane. . Now I run low octane at high RPMs and stay clear of the red area.
