We didnt get a dollar,it was around sixty cents on the Freighf to even up Freight and National before the merger.

Is there a rule about posting on sites of other companies? Did what I say pertain to the convetsation?
 
To the best of my knowledge and from experience, You can retire any time after age 55 with 5 years of service and draw a pension if you are pension eligible.
Conway will pay all $ owed you for PTO and your health care savings fund.
Does not matter whether you quit or get fired.
You will then be eligible to participate in the retiree health insurance plan at a cost of approx. $700.00 to $1200.00 per month for a couple.
As far as early retirement incentive for a DSR, getting away from Conway is about all that is offered.
It IS worth it!
