Well, Everyone is waiting on pins and needles for the decision from the arbitrator about the contract carriers. I can't see how we can lose. :coffee1:

No Sir, I don't know anything about it. Just hoping for something good for all of us. Why is it going to take a long time to settle it. Local 70 said they have enough proof showing the misuse contractors.
 
Well, its the 24th, any news?

I wouldnt know since im at part time hours (under 20) havent been working in 5 days, while the contractors are running like crazy.

Any news? sooner the better.
 
I agree. It will probably get postponed or whatever. UPS will do whatever they want to do. Always has and always will. I wish it was different. Believe me. Would love to have hubby back to work there. But not going to hold my breathe.

Unfortunitly, The national took a greivence from DAL. instead of the book SOH provided on this subject.
I still think Jimmy wears a UPS uniform!

I would like to know exactly what you know on the subject sir. You seem so intelligent enlighten the group please . It is very easy to lose site of a very important part of this issue.(and I agree it has taken much to long) Be thankful we have a contract that provides A process . From what I see this process albeit slow is working and I expect some relief soon.
 
Damn guys we sound more like enemies than co-workers. Three years taking it in the rear with this subcontracting issue. Who isn't frustrated. All we can do is keep fighting & hopefully the guys on the bottom can hang on.
