TForce | The 24th next week!

Damn guys we sound more like enemies than co-workers. Three years taking it in the rear with this subcontracting issue. Who isn't frustrated. All we can do is keep fighting & hopefully the guys on the bottom can hang on.

Fighting is the nature of man kind, and union men will always being willing to fight. This is not paradise, and will never be, the second the fight is over, we have lost.

...the war is with the adherence of this contract...not with each other...if you have bonfia facts, please present them...so we all can stop the rumors...if you are protecting a source, fine say so.But to constantly berating different opinions is getting very tiring ...

I agree boats. We need to show each other some respect. Don't act like management.

the next meeting is going to be the 24th of never.....just keep paying those does and sitting home and waiting....do something besides whinning and bitching call somebody make noise.

Why is that unfortunate?
Because DAL had a case claiming the Comp. sent out contractors while drivers were not working. That was one case, SOH had a book. Tractor numbers, destinations, return loads ect. All the while the comp. was claiming it didn't have return frieght. But in reality, they were just using different run numbers. They also had proof of the comp. canceling runs then using contractors to move the same frieght.
Just can't figuare some things out. When using our locals things seem to work out. When they go to National it seems like they have a lack of interest.

Hopefully, They will have to pay out a few million divided among all the line drivers.
