Yellow | 2014 COO Any New News?

Wouldn't need PTS if this company could get their program together.PTS doing designated runs(bids/dedicated) with one to two day freight.Company actually pays CRST and others to be dedicated on major lanes.That language wasn't in our copy of the MOU that we voted on TWICE

does any one know why jw (James Welch) is visiting the Atlanta terminal today?

He was there Monday...I missed him by 5 minutes.....Linehaul drivers said he walked in with others...did NOT introduce himself to the drivers, not even went over to talk to the many that was sitting there in the room and just went back in dispatch for 30 minutes and looked at board and left....NEVER took the time to even talk to the drivers in the room....stay classy....KK
 
they dont talk to teamsters because they cant handle tough questions or want to hear harder answers to problems that are beating our asses
 
Do you think Mr. Welch orMr. Mooch is going to come into he drivers room and sit down and have a candid conversation w/the common middle working class? His way of communicating to the Teamsters is to deceive and double cross and provide hidden language in the last MOU. I hope Mooch and his cronies are enjoying their big bonuses they stole from us TEAMSTERS. Every dog has their flea.
 
I'm not sold on this particular COO.Because of the proliferation of PTS and the current abuse of our member's copy of the MOU.This COO is not conducive of preserving our jobs and creating more jobs for us Teamsters.PTS has been totally violating our member's copy of the 2014 MOU.

If this is true. Making these terminals a DC terminal means the shinny wheels can use the inbound and outbound freight. This is paving he way for them. As long as they are a dark terminal they can't haul any freight in or out. They are only going to use the YRC employees as a Skelton Crew at these locations. The shinny wheels will be hauling the longer runs. Remember the company doesn't want to replace this very old equipment that we drive. The COO 2014 will most likely help the non-union Shinny Wheels not the TEAMSTER employees.
 
Exactly!! THE COMPANY is abusing the use of PTS.Some of us have evidence to this fact.dont be passive.Check your terminal's PTS inbound and outbound sheets.You can research the pro numbers on these bills and prove that this freight delivers 2 to 3 days from pick up.that is our work?These PTS carriers are running designated routes (bids).on the regular

Is anybody laid off yet because of crest?is anybody not working because of punkinheads??? There trying to get drivers!!!!!like everybody else......as long as were getting out on rest and stocks are going up up up.......what the hell have you got to ***** about??
