I was curious as to who the drivers think that would make a great replacement.
We really have not heard anything about who is being considered for this job.
Do not start using last names here , that's fair warning.

Thanks / SMOKESTACK

You can be the best Regional VP, be a people person. But if the Corporation puts enough pressure on you and don't want a real PEOPLE FIRST attitude, then it doesn't matter who takes the spot. He or she will turn into a Dictator.

Who the **** cares who it'll be. Itll just be another bloated arrogant load of ::shit:: wind bag ******* and we'll have no input or impact what-so-ever. Just spend time here pissing and moaning about it all and getting nowhere. **** them

I disagree. There are some quality people here who are fair, committed and engaged. They are doing the right thing. Starting at the top. They realize the culture that some of these people cultivated was not what we all want and need to be successful. I think we are now heading in the right direction.

Now we have 2 big wig positions to fill. How long would it take before anyone outside the company noticed?
A while probably....most people don't notice unless it pertains to them.
When you see in the news that so and so was let go from such and such company, the only people who pay attention are those that work for that company....and they've already heard the news.

Speculation is that John will go into Bill's vacated position. And since we cannot post last names, I will say that John's last name is one of the the most common last name in America. Seems like a great person for the job. He came from Lakeland, Florida.

Doesn't matter. If you keep reaching into the same basket full of :crap:, then no matter how many times you reach into it to grab something, you will always get :shhit:. Another corporate hump whose goal is numbers. And only numbers FROM you, when it comes time for you to get something from them, they're late for a meeting.
