Got a customer, that will emboss your own air tray with gold trim and lettering and ships using our YRC expedited service. So far no service failures or claims......Please give them a try:emoticon digging:business has been slow lately.

no we are not talking about same thing. i am talking about master freight agreement 4 to 6 hour i know that is still in place. akita is talking about DOT regs that went into effect 2 plus years ago. that was supposed to cover all DOT regulated drivers. driver will take a 30 min break before 8hrs. my understanding is that at the last minute an exception was granted to the trucking companies that have so called city drivers. they are not required to have a 30 min break before 8th hour.

That's correct fellas. Albag just schooled me on that earlier and I verified it in FMCSA. They repealed that 8 hr. rule in Dec. 2014.

If that was the cromnibus funding- all those 2 year old rules are Suspended ( not repealed) for One Year. Hopefully the 34 hr reset rules (that apply to me, but not you) stay as they currently exist (suspended, so if I'm snowed in, I can take one in the middle of my week. That 'once every 168 hrs' was killing my run, and everyone at the extra board where I work).
