Your best interest is not really important to them, If something does happen they will be interested int what will happen to their best interest, you are only important as long as it is in their best interest.
 
Top brass at the Union making corporate CEO wages, double salaries, multiple pensions, living high off the hog. Everyone seems to hate the CEO's in the business world, yet accept their Union leaders doing the exact same thing. Over 100,000 lost Teamster jobs, broken promises, reduced wages, pensions and work rules, but it's always acceptable because you should never forget......"just be happy that you still have a job". Our union leaders are no different then the CEO's in the business world, but it WILL CHANGE, when the union members stop being scared of losing their jobs, and start seeing what is really going on. It will not happen overnight, but it is going to happen. The members have not only been lied to by management, they are being lied and manipulated by the Union. YRCW knew exactly what they were going to do, and our Teamster leaders were more afraid of what they were going to lose then what would happen to the membership. The saying (you should just be happy to have a job) is such BS, Our union leaders and company management should be thankful they still have a job instead and know that it takes both for a company to survive.

You are right. And if you look at the numbers, the members are the only ones that have been losing their jobs in big numbers. Unfortunately the majority of the members aren't worried about being the ones that get cut. And the ones on the bottom are just a small amount of people that are concerned.

Kind of reminds me of a little saying......
