We have a breakbulk and westside city (#841) and an EOL eastside city only(#632) on the same seniority list. Two weeks into the merger they started cutting bids putting senior men on unassigned at the EOL terminal while junior men continue to hold a bid at the break.Management at the EOL terminal will not allow anyone to bump into the break,which means senior men will work 2-3 days a week while the juniors are guaranteed 40. Senior men may not work enough to get insurance. Meetings have been held with the YRC labor rep. and our BA to no avail so now it will go to the next level as a grievance for money lost and possible insurance costs
