XPO | 2 tractors for 1

I've heard from a few different drivers, some Con-Way and some not, that we are trading 1 new tractor to ABF for 2 of their old tractors. I was told that we were already getting them painted in Cincy. Just wondering if anyone has any info about this.

It doesn't make sense (but this is conway) how could it be cheaper to trade in a new truck for old truck, maintance wise plus the cost of getting them repainted.What would be the benefit of this .I think this is where one of yall Truck drivers with a degree in finance and economics steps in.
