Increased profits, historicaly high freight levels and a 95 OR, and they still manage to get a shot in at touch labor. Inexperienced dock workers are affecting the bottom line. that's it in a nut shell. Cure that problem, and we're all on easy street like Roy.:mad:
 
95% not to bad considering the money being pissed away that will not bring in a single dime for this company. The Queen having her new castle built, and Panther is also being awarded a brand new Headquarters on ABF's tab...Not to bad at all considering the teamsters are footing the bill...just by getting a measly 7% wage concession and loss of just 1 week vacation. Just think of what they could be doing with the full 15% that they wanted. and now Roy being awarded another gift of $27,000.00 a month and calling it a consultation fee. PRICELESS!!!


OH BY THE WAY WHAT WAS THE OPERATING PERCENTAGE NUMBER AGAIN THAT HAD TO BE MET FOR THE YEAR TO RECEIVE YOUR BONUS CHECKS?

Lower than it will ever be, that's all that really matters. BTW for any who might be confused, papajohn has it right, that OR has to be for A YEAR, not a quarter.

Q: ABF Freight: Hmmm, on a roll for a nice year, what shall we do with the money?

A: Consultant Roy: Hmmmm I need a bigger office, better car and our fleet is in need of some upgrading, that can use as much as we need it to.
