How many is too many? 10%? Well, company says differently, how have other terminals handled this issue?

There is no language that limits the number of 4 hour casuals. It just restricts the times of day they can work. In the winter we had 3 on inbound and about 5 on outbound. Summer the outbound swells to about 25.

in RO..we got rid of the 4hr...whatever they paid them minus 15% and then pro rated union dues...they all left within a week..lol
