Oh that's a old trick there TDW, ya see if you store a iron skillet in a hole and cover it up with dirt then when you use it again the food tastes better....It's just that sometimes it's easy to forget were the hole is...:whistling:

Just keep mine oiled up and in the stove,KD.Keeps it cured nicely.
