I have heard something along these lines, but the freight seems to pile up because of EOL terms not thru-loading (according to management) to WMX - but no specific direction of screw-ups was noted....

WMX was 100+ loads behind almost the entire past week.. enough so that freight was being routed around them to us in HAR.. And you are also correct about EOL terminals inability to help the breaks out by headloading to a specific terminal.. or by headloading past the first break to the 2nd break in the routing. Gold medal's being loaded in the nose of strips is also becoming a problem again.
 
Must be selling the blue pill to mgmt.Seems like it would be kinda hard to keep a woody doing all the screwing that they manage to do.
 
Hey estes employees .... I know of a dockworker in the midwest ... lets just say he is at terminal 78 ... selling viagra to a city driver and giving them to his operations manager while he was working .... the terminal manager heard about it but turned a blind eye ... this terminal has been quietly a zit on the back of John H but this terminal is a money pit ... I guess it is all about the cash ...
