ABF | A new rule

I propose a rule that all posters who consider someone Rude, Crude, & Socially unacceptable, must refuse to respond to the RCS. Furthermore, anyone not following this rule will be banned for a period in time to be as long as the last fishing trip you took your kids or grand kids on.

What happens if only two of those three conditions apply? Can it be any two out of the three? Would the ban include a surcharge based on how many fish you caught?
If you told one of your grandkids to.."Pull my finger".....would that extend the "ban" period because of extenuating circumstances?
