Any body had any experence with that ARC? I wonder if it rigged. I dont think theyd waste there time with it if it was. That paper says they will let you know if you can do it.I wonder why they wouldnt let you do it unless you did something realy outragous. Probably about like courts. You have the rights to apeal no matter how bad the evidance is against you. So you have nothing to loose:horse****:

It's actually not a bad deal. I know the success rate is pretty low but at least you get to plead your case to a panel which includes drivers rather than just the safety rep. Other side of the coin it gives the company from insulation from a wrongful termination suit if the accident is found preventable by a panel rather than just a single person

we had guy who got in a fender bender with a drunk saia fired him he went to the arc due to bad info and alot of confusion between the safety dept and police they gave him his job back so i think it is a good thing
