BREAKING: ABF Teamsters will receive profit-sharing bonuses on February 16. Qualifying members (members who were on the seniority list from January 1 to December 31, 2021) will receive a bonus of 3 percent of their 2021 earnings.

Nope. You need to be here one full calender year. You probably got a bigger sign on bonus than the $2000 I'll be getting.

No. They contribute to a pension fund.
They can't use the money that way it's in the contract. They just invested $25 million into phantom auto & that has no effect on the bonus....
