According to this agreement, you would keep what vacation time you have earned up to April 1, 2013. Anything earned after that will be reduced by one week. Go to International Brotherhood of Teamsters | International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) for the whole contract and supplements.

If you think about it a lot of us will have our 1,000 hours in by this July for the following year. New hires no vacation the first year, they will be lining up for a job here....

Like that 5-minute reduction on the 15-minute breaks is really going to make a difference on the amount of work that is done. Your right, that is a nice kick in shin.
