Talked to a former BA of mine and the name on the backside of the ballot envelope has your name on it. They will look at a list for your local that shows qualified voters. If your name is not there it will be set aside unopened.

I think they're trying to get any one they can to vote for the contract. Reddaway guys out west said they were getting ballots too. Strange thing about them getting to vote is they are under a white paper contract?
