I'm confused, are you talking about the 15% cut at YRC? Ours was 7% if I recall correctly, and we did finally get back to where we were 5 years ago (and just barely above), this July. The vacation thing is a definite issue for me. Between that and being one of the lowest paid ltl carriers, there is less and less to like about working here. They are shuffling more and more work to Panther and other outside carriers because we "can't" make service. Since we no longer have a NMFA, our negotiators should all be ABF. If they come from other companies, they may have other agendas than the best interest of the ABF rank and file.Pay the Rate or Lock the Gate!!

agree...with all the pay cuts...hard to keep the straight...I do like the idea of ABF only negotiating for ABF...provided we have some "strong" Teamster negotiators that have the best interests of the rank and file in mind...ArcWorst is not hurting!I'm confused, are you talking about the 15% cut at YRC?
