The road board in Atlanta doesn't have casual drivers. We do have a supplemental board that is made up of retired drivers who work casual.

I believe the city board has casual dock workers and the preferred casual board are ABF drivers who have license problems. I know one who had a stroke who worked preferred casual, another had 2 moving violations on his CDL, another got a DUI, etc.
