Maybe they're saving up to pay for our big.......bonus......at the end of the year. They probably almost forgot,.....what with all the fluster of building new corporate headquarters for ArcBest,...Panther,....picking out the drapes and carpet colors.........and,......Oh, yeah......We promised those guys down on the docks and street we'd toss them a few crumbs.....
