Need to get rid of 1000 more. This company is still way too top heavy. They want to pretend theyre UPS but theyre not, trucking dont have the revenue or margins package does. Thats what got us into this mess to begin with. Zollars wanted to be the biggest and badest, but we became the biggest and saddest instead.

Personally, I feel that the 'old' ideas on moving freight worked just fine. It is the corporate position on employee management, management solutions to corporate demands and employee position on self pity, that keeps us from moving freight the 'right' way.
