it will be 2 years december 1 st 2008 since vitran cut our pay 5% ,stopped the company match to our 401k/profit sharing,freezed our raises, and cut out the drivers safety bonuses.im sure glad i have contributed thousands of my dollars to vitrans management stock purchases and bonuses. lol. how else can i help them get richer? lol oh yea, my insurance just went up lol how else can we help them?
 
I figure $5000 +/- over the two years. Would have bought a used car....not to mention no raise for this period either, which working elsewhere would have gained us..
