Keep this in mind the faster you run the more they will put on you.
Pay should be either/or hourly or incentive whichever is higher.Thank you guys for your advice, I'll keep working at a safe steady pace. And the way the pay system was explained to me was i get hourly and on top of that by the case? Maybe i misunderstood it? Because that adds up to a decent chunk of money. Btw due to the background check today was my first day.
IF you're ever to be driving nights, PLEASE avoid this mishap.
Does any SYSCO driver know this driver and how's he/she doing?

It was pouring rain, a truck came by him, crowding him at a high rate of speed and he got loose, the drive cam showed the whole deal, I work with this man every night, he is a good driver and a better man, he is ok and was back to work the next night, I was extremely grateful that he was ok, he is my friend.
That was a very bad night, driving rain and high wind, could of happened to any one of us.

I try to tell myself the stupid camera might save my job someday. Good to hear he's ok and the camera did what was intended.
Thats better than nothing, that post on here about the sysco losing it on the turnpike, the camera saved the driver, OHP said he went to sleep, the camera showed a whole different story, he never missed a night of work.We have cameras where I work. But they only face out the window. I wouldn't like it facing me
