keeping your window open a little gives you fresh air and that really works wonders .....I agree with the power nap thing when things get really bad.... just don't oversleep .....sucks to tell your TM that
5 hour energy drink works for me.cost 3 bucks,keeps me alert and awake longer than 5 hours,,give it a try you have nothing to lose.hope this helps,i have same problem on the second leg of run,but this works....
1. they are addictive, your body gets used to them and eventually you can't function without them.
2. They are not good for your heart.
3. They are loaded with sugar and caffeine.
I used to do a 2.5 hour run, help out on P&D and come back daily, I drank minimum of 2 litres of Pepsi daily, I could not finish the run down without a power nap halfway, and quite often on the way back. Stopped drinking Pepsi and all carbonated drinks, now I rarely get drowsy while I am on a run.
