ODFL | Anyone hired with a dwi older than 7yrs?

Yes, I did. I had a DUI when I was 20 in August of 2005. I applied with OD in July of 15’ and was upfront and honest about it. They were wanting it to be 10 years or older... I was hired and started in September of 15’. It can be done but I really had to plead my case to get a chance. If there’s one piece of advise I can give you, be honest about everything. Don’t leave stuff out on your application... I’ve heard of many guys being let go because OD found out about something they left off.
