GORMAN (CBS) — Tow truck crews are working to upright at least one big rig on Route 138 near the Interstate 5 corridor after a multi-truck crash caused by black ice.

A CHP dispatcher said officers were still working to clear the roadway at 8 a.m. and couldn’t confirm how many trucks were involved in the accident................
