Averitt Express Stuck Under Power Lines

Thanks for your crash link CasperGirl.
Now if this area allows commercial traffic, there is no way the authorities will claim this as a chargeable.

In all of my years of city driving I took a few utility lines down, because the poles had leaned over due to various reasons, and I was the first through the area to be to high to make it under.
So it has been my experience that if an area is not restricted to commercial vehicles than there is no way any truckers can be at fault.

I know around my area by law the phone and cable lines are required to be at least 14 feet off the ground and electric must be at least 16 feet high.
If they are lower the utility companies are responsible in the case of any damages.
