Update on accident in Fulks Run Va.

Update: Identity of Driver Killed Released

FULKS RUN, Va. (WHSV) -- Sgt. Les Tyler of the Virginia State Police said Connie Stever, 54, of Mathias, W.Va. died in the crash.

He said the crash happened when James Patterson, 44, of Jacksonville, Fla. crossed the center line, over corrected, went back onto the highway and overturned on Stever's SUV.

She died at the scene.

Patterson is charged with felony involuntary manslaughter, possession of a controlled substance and driving after being determined to be a habitual offender.

Unfortunately The Best,there are a lot of such people who only care for themselves, driving among us.

I see there was a R & L Set involved in one of those 3 vehicle crashes in Fluvanna,County.
