    After showing 8 million in revenue last year, which says something(I guess), if Mr. Spencer can not obtain emergency funding to operate, than a buyout would be best for all. However, if you choose to stay, expect lean times until the carrier is back on their feet, which could be not until fall at the earliest.

    Revenue is important,but you must turn a profit. Your OR must be below $1 or you can't survive.

    I agree...actualy you need a or of 95 or lower to be cash flow postive
