Man I really wish I knew that. I truely would do whatever it took. The only prob. is the more you give the more they (VITRANS OR PJAX which everone is running this company) seem to take away. Sad but true.
 
Even if you had ideas, the majority of the time they don't want to even try them out. If it wasn't their idea, then it must not be a good one.
 
Ha,ha lol I dont know about that,the 5%,the bennies,the 401k match and pay freeze just made it worse.
