Yellow | Big Meeting In Baltimore Today!

Rumor has it that a big meeting is being held today in Baltimore with all the East Division DC Managers, Terminal Managers, and Velocity Sort Hub Planners involved in the new Velocity (next day/2-day) Improvement Program that Yellow wants to kick off the end of May! It should be interesting to see what the company's expectations are of the new sort hubs in Richmond, and Harrisburg and how the new Utility Employee operation will work! Yellow managers must feel pretty confident that they will get the o.k. out of the change of ops hearings in San Antonio next week! I think the rank and file have some different expecations! Let's see what happens! If anybody hears anything out of these meetings, let us know on truckingboards! FIGHT THE POWER!:USA:

I was told that there was some pre-meetings being held in Altoona Pa yesterday for New Penn Labor people at a luncheon before heading out to San Antonio. Also, the top brass at LCP are fairly confident that things are already ready to roll and pretty confident its gonna be a go.....
