That is true, but straight up fired he must have done something serious, or not done something serious that he was supposed to do. But this is the same guy who told you to falsify the reasons for your returned freight?
I heard that a BM was going into the system and changing numbers to look like he was more productive than they really were. Have no idea if this is what occurred but the Fort is always watching. If someone is really doing their job there is no reason to be fired.
I don't know how much the Fort is really watching. I think they only see what they want to see. I know of a BM who passed out training certificates when no training had taken place. One day that will catch up to the company. If he is doing that what else could he be doing?
