This happened a while back yet this is the first report I've found on the internet with a picture at the top left,and a video 1/2 way down on the left.
Thats the way it goes with cyber space,and crash reports.
Sometimes crashes are reported within hours,other times the news services post them days later,you never know.
Also some are never posted at all.
