But this is my honest opinion.
You must be perfect. Do your inspection, check your bills, it's not that hard.
This market is brutal. If we are going to compete, we must be excellent.
If I take heat for that than so be it.
But look around. Competition is fierce.
We have got to do better.
I believe in you. We can build Yellow back up.
But make no mistake, bailouts, forgiveness will run out.
We have to do it.
Be great at your job.
"A fair days work for a fair days pay" is all we have ever asked.
But do your part.
It is up to us to build One Yellow. We have to build it.
