since we are giving our hard earned money to a begging yrc at a 10 percent donation per pay. can i write this off on my taxes as a donation? yes i realise someone is going to say that deduction is only for non-profit organations, but is yrc profitable now? i think im on something here, im calling my tax man.

I already talked to my accountant about the yrc disaster relief fund. He said that you cannot claim it. But I did tell him it was like giving to the red cross which is also a non profit organization.......
