Thought most of you would enjoy this. Some of you might have been a teamster during this time.
I knew the mob was heavily involved with unions back then, but had no idea the pension fund was
In trouble in 1977. 38 years later it has come to a head.

FF, that's the only reason they helped Jimmy. If they do something for you, they have to get 5-10 times that in return. He had to give them the keys to the Kingdom. CSPF was making 65 million per month in interest in the 60's. That was unheard of Money.
He had a change of Heart in Lewisburg. They weren't going to let that happen, Frank was playing ball. We all know the rest of the story.

He said the deficit could be eliminated in three years through management changes and an increase in employer contributions to the fund from the current $31 per week per employee to $37.

Blah blah blah ‼️ Talking heads that never fix :::shit:::‼️ 38 years later and it's no better

No, we have 3 different options. One is your age and service has to equal 80, I have that covered. then there are the early outs with penalties. It's a little complicated. When I put my first set of papers in they will explain my options to me. They won't discuss specifics until you put the first set in. I know my lump sum and what my defined benefit is as of now, but the lump changes with the Market. I have a password to my account that I can check on line any time. I have enough gray hair without looking at that every day.
