Yellow | Chicago Ford Heights PD Driver question

How many hours can a New P and D driver get out of the Ford Heights,Illinois location be looking at as a new hire? Being the new hire would a lay off in the slow months be expected? Would I be on an assigned shift as a new guy or be on call?

I'm 309 road. As far as I know they are using everybody, everyday.

Chicago Heights is working people on overtime this holiday and their not known for layoffs.
