I work out of DLS and was wondering is it possible for me to do a linehaul run on the weekend if I put my name on the list? Is it alot of higher senority guys that like to work weekends?

Yes it is possible but not likely. You need some whiskers to get those because most of the seniors snatch them up. At first just ask the dispatcher to stay later (swaps) and get the hourly pay. Once you prove yourself to him you will get all the hours you want. And in time the linehaul will come around.
